Following the Minister of MPA Number 27/KEPMEN-KP/2016 decree, the marwana carp (Cyprinus carpio) was released as a superior variety by the Development Center for Tilapia Stock and Goldfish Wanayasa (BPPSINM). Marwana carp has benefits like a quick for large, resistance to the bacterium Aeromonas hydrophyla assault, and the Koi Herpes Virus (KHV).
