Phyllanthus niruri, commonly known as Meniran, grows wildly in various environments, such as along waterways and bushes, and has been found to enhance endurance. Endurance enhancement is linked to the inhibition of tuberculosis bacteria that target immune cells.
Studies have shown that Meniran is effective in boosting the proliferation or growth of T and B lymphocytes. T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in meniran plants, which are used as an itch remedy by drinking boiled water, are responsible for enhancing immunity. This improved immunity weakens the chances of seedlings of diseases such as tuberculosis.
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The disease attacks the lungs but can also affect attack other organs, such as the brain, spine, kidneys, heart, and lymph nodes.

B. Treating hepatitis. Inflammation and infection in the liver are caused by Hepatitis B and C viruses by inhibiting the replication of these viruses and enhancing liver function.
C. Treating urinary tract infections: Meniran has proven to be effective in treating urinary tract infections caused by Escherichia coli bacteria by inhibiting bacterial growth and attachment to the urinary tract wall.
D. Treating diabetes: Meniran can aid in regulating blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes by improving insulin sensitivity and reducing insulin resistance.
