Taiwan’s Jia Inc. innovates by creating an ergonomic spice grinder. This type of rolling mortar differs from the traditional pestle types used to grind spices. The spice grinder had a tyre-like design that prevented the spice powder from flying around during grinding. For smoother results when grinding spices, the spice grinder is available in porcelain as well as wood.
