As a plant rental service provider, understanding plant replacement management is essential. To ensure clear identification of replacement plants, it is recommended to label them by week (e.g. week 1, week 2, etc.).
It is important to note that ornamental plants in poor condition require approximately one month to recover. Additionally, it is recommended to have at least four backup replacement plants for every rented plant to minimize operational costs. Despite these considerations, ornamental plant rental services can still be profitable.
