The durian is a common ingredient in many different dishes. One of them is fried durian. A fruit farmer in Citepus, Bogor, West Java, made the fried durian. Durian is present as a filler in risoles (Indonesia). The durian is mixed with etawa goat milk so that it presents a creamy and delicate flavor. Fried durian is delicious when eaten after frying.
